1. Scope and service
This information applies to the Plato mobile application and joinplato.app. Plato enables consumers to manage recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists and, depending on the version, to purchase a Premium subscription. Where Plato is within the scope of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act as an electronic-commerce service, we provide this information under Annex 3 of that Act.
2. Accessibility of our digital services
Quiet Day Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has assessed the scope and relies, for the services it provides, on the microenterprise exemption in section 3(3) of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act. Independently of that exemption, we continue to improve accessibility and address reported barriers.

4. Market-surveillance authority
The Market Surveillance Authority of the Länder for the Accessibility of Products and Services is responsible for market surveillance under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act.
